Rentals at Cowee School

Cowee School is available for you! Whether you are renting the Cafeteria for your next family reunion, renting the Gym for your next organizational meeting, or if you are interested in renting a Classroom for your organization to hold it's office/studio space..... this is the perfect place for you!

LARGE MEETING ROOM

The room is an air-conditioned space for a meeting, party, or banquet. Rental Fee includes up to 10  8’ rectangular tables with upholstered or folding chairs.

 

Maximum Cafeteria capacity is 75. (For classroom style seating, we recommend 50.)
The maximum Gymnasium capacity is 200 with auditorium style seating.

 

The room rental fee does not include any use of the kitchen.

 

 

CLASSROOM SIZE MEETING ROOMS

The room is an air-conditioned space for meetings. Rental Fee includes up to 6  8’ rectangular tables with upholstered or folding chairs.
The maximum capacity is 20.

 

The room rental fee does not include any use of the kitchen.

 

 

 

BANQUET SERVICE

$250.00 Event Rate                                                   $150.00 Event Rate

 

This rate includes use of the kitchen facilities (for up to 5 hours) and the meeting room (for up to 8 hours) when booking a wedding reception, shower, family reunion or meal event. The Cafeteria will accommodate up to 75 people. This rate does not include food.

 

Multiple day use fees are negotiable. 

 

 

CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT

 

$100.00

 

This amount will be to pay cleaning costs for users who leave the meeting room in an unacceptable manner, or will be applied to any damage or breakage caused by misuse of equipment. All rooms are to be left exactly as they were found (for example, if the blinds where down make sure they are left down when finished, etc.)
